The incline platform wheelchair lift can be installed with little to no modification to the stairway. The lift simply mounts to a load bearing wall on one side of your stairway. The drive system motor can be mounted completely out of sight for a quiet, smooth ride. These units can be installed indoors and out and several options are available.

The platform is available in several dimensions and can be folded manually or with the help of an optional power-fold platform. Once folded the unit uses very little space in order to leave the staircase unobstructed. Automatic access ramps for straight or 90° entry.

The Residential unit has a weight capacity of approximately 450 lbs. The standard drive is a winding drum system located in a machine room. Continuous pressure controls are installed on the platform and at each landing.

The Commercial unit has a weight capacity of 450 lbs. It has a rack and pinion, steel cable rope or chain drive system depending on the unit selected.

Safety features include automatic dual access ramps, mechanical emergency brake in case of drive system failure, slack cable switch, keyed continuous pressure controls and upper/lower limit switches
